Thank You for making Summer Fest a success!

Thank you to all of our members and the general public who came out to see some of our films this weekend! Please let us know what you thought about the film selection. This year we went for a more broad selection of films instead of focusing on Korean cinema.

Stay tuned, we will soon be revealing some big films that are going to be screened as well as confirmed industry delegates (actors/directors/producers, etc) who will be attending the 28th Annual LVHIFF. Production on the festival trailer is happening now, so look forward to it; It will be much shorter than last year's trailer.

HIFF & Bank of Hawaii at the Shanghai International Film Festival

HIFF Executive Director Chuck Boller and HIFF Business Development Specialist Liwei Kimura pause for a picture at the Opening Night Gala of the 2008 Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) in China with Bank of Hawaii Executive Vice President Betty Brow and several members of her International Banking Division team. HIFF and SIFF are sister film festivals and Bank of Hawaii is sponsoring the annual HIFF Aloha Party at SIFF. In return, HIFF is introducing Betty and her Bank of Hawaii team to many of the China business connections that HIFF has built up over the past years.
